Group Fitness Classes

Work up a sweat with your friends and neighbors! All are welcome, you don't need to be a gym member to attend. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned athlete, our fitness classes are programmed to ensure you challenge yourself and have a great time doing it.

Personal Training

With our expert trainers, you'll receive individualized guidance and motivation, leading to more effective workouts and accelerated progress towards fitness goals. Whether you want to rehab a chronic injury, build muscle and learn form, or be kept accountable, our combined trainers' 15+ years of experience have you and your needs covered.  You do not need a membership to work with our personal trainers.

Connor combines his experiences as a former paramedic, gold-medalling powerlifter, and champion martial artist to optimize personal training for a variety of clientele.  Firmly believing that personal training should be accessible, welcoming, and encouraging, he ensures that all lifters are heard and accordingly pushed to their best. Connor specializes in rehabilitating chronic injuries, teaching safe and effective lifting techniques to beginners and competitors alike, and designing long-term strength-training and nutrition programs.

With more than 8 years of experience, Kody is an expert at guiding clients to attain their health and wellness. His fitness journey began with an education in Biological Anthropology, which gave him a thorough understanding of humans and their potential. Kody cultivates strong connections with his clients and listens carefully to their aspirations and concerns, enabling him to curate effective workouts.
